Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life happens! I just ask for a little notice so I can plan my schedule.

  • 48+ hours notice: No charge โ€” cancel or reschedule anytime, no questions asked.
  • 24โ€“48 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled service will apply.
  • Less than 24 hours / same-day: The full service fee is due, as I've reserved that time specifically for you.
  • Lockouts: If I arrive and can't access your home, the full fee applies.

Emergencies happen โ€” please just reach out and let me know. I'm always happy to work with you!

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service. I accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Venmo
  • Zelle
  • PayPal
  • Check (made out to Mop To It! LLC)

First-time clients may be asked to pay a deposit to reserve their appointment.

Invoices for recurring clients are sent after each completed service. Payments are due within 3 business days of the service date.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is everything to me. If you're not happy with any part of your clean, please let me know within 24 hours of your service and I will come back and make it right โ€” free of charge.

I take pride in my work and want you to love coming home (or to work!) after a Mop To It! clean. Your feedback helps me improve and give you the best possible service every time.

How to Prepare for Your Clean

To help me give you the best clean possible, here are a few things I ask before I arrive:

  • Pick up clutter โ€” tidying up beforehand means I can spend more time actually cleaning!
  • Secure your pets โ€” please let me know ahead of time if you have pets, and keep them in a comfortable area while I work.
  • Access to your home โ€” make sure I have a key, code, or someone home to let me in.
  • Point out priorities โ€” if there are areas that need extra attention, leave me a note or text me ahead of time.
  • Running water & electricity โ€” I'll need access to both to do my job well.

You don't need to be home during the clean โ€” many of my clients prefer not to be! Just make sure access is arranged in advance.
